A Gambian legacyBubacarr Bah is a Gambian mathematician whose research includes compressed sensing, random matrix theory and the mathematical foundations of data science. Educated at the University of The Gambia, Oxford and Edinburgh, he held a research chair at AIMS South Africa. His work has also connected data-science methods with health research in The Gambia.
